Every application,
from posting to offer.
Artemis finds openings that fit you, tailors your résumé and cover letter to each one, tracks every application, and tells you who to follow up with.
Free to start. No card needed.
It starts as chaos.
Forty tabs, three spreadsheets, and a rejection email for a job you forgot you applied to.
Artemis puts it in one tracker.
Seven stages, and every application in one of them: added from a link, from Jobs or from your spreadsheet.
Then shows you what comes next.
Interviews, deadlines and follow-ups, in the order they arrive.

Open roles from 830+ companies, checked every day.
Artemis reads company career pages directly, across Workday, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, Ashby, Lever and Workable. For you puts recent roles that match your profile first.
- Search by job title or company, and filter by level, location, salary and degree
- Check your fit before you apply: skills, experience level and industry, each with its reason
- Mark a role Interested and it lands in your tracker, posting attached
A résumé and cover letter for each role.
Pick a role and Artemis tailors your résumé to it. Choose from 13 open-source themes. Six are marked ATS-safe: three PDF text readers that know nothing about the layout each find the name, contact details and every section. Six more are designed for handing out in person.
Cover letters are drafted from the posting and your background, and download as a Word file you can edit.

An application tracker that keeps up with you.
Every application sits in one of seven stages, from Interested to Offer or Rejected. Use the table when you're catching up and the board when things move. Bring your spreadsheet in as a CSV, and take everything out the same way.
Connect Gmail and Artemis reads job-related mail on our servers. Depending on what arrives, it suggests updates: moving an application to Interviewing when an invitation comes in, or adding the recruiter who wrote to you as a contact. Nothing changes until you confirm. Outlook works the same way and is in testing.

Know who to follow up with this week.
Each contact shows how recently you reached out: hot within a week, warm within a month, cooling within three months, then cold. Log emails, LinkedIn messages, meetings and calls in a few clicks.
After two weeks without contact, Artemis reminds you. Draft the follow-up with AI, edit it, and send it from your own inbox, one person at a time or several at once.
Practice for the interview you actually have.
Interview prep builds behavioral and role-specific questions for the specific role and company, so you rehearse for this interview instead of a generic one.

The side panel on a sample Lever application
The extension works on postings on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Oracle and Oleeo, reads postings on LinkedIn, Handshake, Indeed and other job boards, and works on company career sites you turn it on for, one at a time. It shows your fit, and on an application form it fills what it can match confidently and lists what it couldn't, so you finish those fields yourself.
Assisted is the default: Artemis fills, you read the form, you press submit. It never signs in for you, and every application it touches lands in your tracker.
- Attaches a clean, ATS-readable copy of your tailored résumé to the form
- On LinkedIn, saves someone as a contact from their profile, only when you ask
- Leaves demographic questions blank unless you turn self-identification on
Why I built this
I started Artemis in March 2026, in the middle of my own search. I was applying to tech and quant roles, hundreds of applications a cycle, and I couldn't keep track of them. More than once, a rejection email was the first reminder that I had applied at all.
So I built a tracker that saved the link and the full job description for every application. Then I kept adding what I needed next: help staying in touch with people, résumés tailored to each role, and a better way to find roles worth applying to. I still use it for my own search.
How Artemis handles your data
Download a copy of your records from Settings, any time.
Delete your account yourself from Settings. You have seven days to undo it.
Your data isn't used to train models unless you turn that on.
Before anything goes to an outside AI model we strip email addresses and phone numbers and mask the names we know about (yours on your résumé, the recipient's on a draft), then put them back in the answer.
Job-related mail is read on our servers to suggest tracker updates, and you confirm each one. We keep the subject, the sender's address, when it arrived, a preview of up to 500 characters and the sentence a suggestion is based on, so you can see why it was made.

Questions
Is Artemis free?
Yes. The tracker, the jobs index and your contacts are free. Fit checks, filling a posting from a link, tailored résumés, cover letters, follow-up drafts and interview prep are free up to a limit every 30 days, and Pro raises the limits.
Is it only for tech roles?
No. You can track any application, and the jobs index reads the career pages of 830+ companies, not only tech companies.
Can I bring in my spreadsheet?
Yes. Import your applications from a CSV, and export everything as a CSV whenever you want.
What does Artemis do with my email?
Nothing unless you connect Gmail (or Outlook, which is in testing). Then it reads job-related messages on our servers and, depending on what arrives, suggests tracker updates and new contacts. Nothing changes until you confirm. For each suggestion we keep the subject, the sender's address, when it arrived, a preview of up to 500 characters and the sentence it is based on.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, yourself, from Settings. You have seven days to undo it.
