Terms

You need an account, you must be old enough to hold one where you live, and the information you give us should be accurate. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself — activity under your account is treated as yours. Tell us if you think someone else has access.

Artemis organises your job search: tracking applications, drafting messages, and — with your permission — reading enough of your mailbox and calendar to keep that record current.

We are not a party to your applications. We are not your agent, your recruiter, or an employer's representative, and we do not promise interviews or offers. Job postings we show are collected from employers' own career sites and may be out of date or incorrect; the employer's posting is the authority, not ours.

Cover letters, tailored résumés, message drafts and job-fit assessments are produced by a language model. They can be wrong, and they can be confidently wrong. Read anything before you send it or attach it to an application — you are the author of what goes out under your name.

The same holds for form-filling: features that pre-fill an employer's application do so with the answers and documents you gave us. In the default mode you review the filled form and press submit yourself. If you switch on Auto-submit, the browser extension presses submit for you — it holds back when a required question is unanswered or when it filled nothing, but anything it does send, including text drafted by the AI, goes out under your name without you reading it first.

Your résumés, notes and messages remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you — storing them, showing them back to you, and processing them to produce the features you ask for. We do not use your content to train AI models unless you turn that setting on. See Privacy for the detail.

Do not use Artemis to send bulk unsolicited mail, to harass anyone, to impersonate another person, to scrape or resell our data, or to break the terms of the services you connect — your mailbox provider's rules still apply to mail we help you send. We may suspend accounts that do these things.

Some features are rate-limited so one account cannot degrade the service for everyone. Those limits can change.

Paid subscriptions renew until cancelled, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than refunding the current period. Prices and plan contents can change, with notice before a change affects you. Student and hardship pricing, where offered, depends on eligibility we may re-check periodically.

Artemis is provided as it is. We work to keep it up and correct, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular posting or suggestion is accurate. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close an account that breaks these terms. On deletion your data is removed as described in Privacy.
